Creole Tomato Brisket

Slow roasted beef brisket served with a creole tomato beef demi glace served with seasonal roasted root vegetables including Mississippi sweet and new potatoes.

Our beef brisket is slow roasted with the flavors of the season and glazed with a creole tomato reduction from our own stock of creole tomatoes from the spring season.  It is served on a bed of roasted roots from our farming region including but not limited to Sweet Potato, Field Onion, Red Potato, Turnips, or Carrots.
