Garden Marinara

Made with locally grown Creole tomatoes, garden carrots, onions, celery, and fresh oregano. This product is great because of it’s versatility, and freshness.

Heat and add to your favorite couscous or pasta.  One jar is enough sauce for a couple of very large pizzas, or many french bread pizzas!  Use it for teh sauce in a lasagna, or any dish that calls for tomato sauce.

Creole tomatoes are less acidic, slightly sweeter, and more flavorful than the average beefsteak tomato, they are typically in season from spring through early summer in our area.  This marinara has no added sugar and no extra salt– it is lightly sweetened from the  carrots. Lightly seasoned with thyme and oregano– it is fairly un-opinionated and accepts flavors well.
