Pickled Okra

Preserving the southern summer staple, this fresh picked okra grown in Montz, LA is pickled in white vinegar with pickling mix and seasoned with a touch of cayenne and pieces of fresh sweet red pepper such as Marconi, Melrose, Hungarian Sweet or other per market and garden availability.

It is not a “spicy” pickled okra, but does have some warmth to it and a nice touch of tangy.
