Savory Sweet Tomato Jam

Spread something surprising with all-natural tomato jam!

Tomato Jam is a step way beyond Ketchup.  Originally it seems ketchup was a very savory and rich sauce, at one point even made from mushrooms and not tomatoes.  We are not going that far, but we do cook down the tomatoes until they are a rich red paste, and then season with natural sugars and savory warm spices.  The result is something as robust and complex as a worcestershire sauce but completely tomato.

This savory-and-sweet jam adds to any party platter. Natural cane sugar, with back hints of coriander and cumin make this jam truly unique. Only natural ingredients and no preservatives or colorings for the best jam there is.

Prepared in a 4oz jar, shelf stable for up to a year, refrigerate after opening.
