Our mustard preparation is a robust yellow creole-style mustard with fresh turmeric. We use quality yellow mustard seeds and flakes, brown mustard seeds, white wine vinegar and a little herbs form the garden.
It is a strong mustard but not too spicy– it holds up strong with rich savory flavors and adds a real kick to a sandwich or dressing.
Packaged in a 4oz jar, shelf stable for up to a year, refrigerate after opening.
