Tri-Pepper Sauce

Fresh picked ripe & red poblano peppers

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh peppers 3 parts sweet 1 part hot
  • 2 c. fine vinegar
  • 2 Tbl. salt
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves

Take advantage of the height of pepper season! This recipe gives your pantry a spicy kick good for the whole year

Preparation

Large chop all peppers, and optional vegetables. Add veg and vinegar to a standard blender until 2/3 full. Begin slowly increasing speed until vinegar and peppers are well blended. Allow to ferment in a cool, dry, dark space for up to 3 weeks. B
