Fig Frangipane Tart
All pies are made from fresh ingredients and baked to order.
One 9-10″ tart featuring house-made almond frangipane pastry cream made with fresh farm eggs and Louisiana cane sugar. It is then topped with poached figs from our urban farm at Ferry Place in New Orleans, and baked in flaky gluten-free crust.
